What We Offer

Recruit Talent

CLD Specialists understand deeply the needs of culturally and linguistically diverse (CLD) students in mainstream classrooms and teachers who strive to meet their needs. We know that many teachers do not have the training and/or experience to include CLD students in the daily lessons in a meaningful way. Teachers often look to the adopted curriculum to support students’ language development and content, and to incorporate their culture in empowering ways, but do not find essential and engaging strategies built into the curriculum. Gloria I Rodriguez & Associates are prepared to contribute to this critical dilemma. Their unique set of skills and experiences differentiate them from other curriculum developers.
The Associates are highly qualified professionals and experts in their subject matter. They represent the diverse demographics and experiences of CLD students in mainstream classrooms across the country. In addition to being CLD professionals with diverse backgrounds and vast experiences, they participate in the Gloria I Rodriguez & Associates professional learning community (PLC), which builds on their knowledge, skills, and experiences as curriculum developers. The Associates stay current with the latest in education trends, first and second language acquisition, and culturally responsive pedagogy.
